The first home nestled in the olive grove is Karpo. On the left with the hillside behind it, Karpo is a home which exudes comfort and homeliness. Like both other houses Karpo has wooden grey-green framings which resemble the underside of the olive leaf. It is not a coincidence that this house was named Karpo which in Greek means the fruit of a tree. Karpo signifies autumn in Greek. In order for the house to be enjoyed by people who are physically challenged as well, special care has been taken in Karpos’ design and every detail has been overseen to by the architect herself for it to be wheelchair accessible.
