All three homes are separate from each other so the guest will have the unique experience of living in a single-family home away from home. They all resemble each other with the geometrical shapes of white walls and sharp corners historically used in the Greek islands for centuries. This technique is combined with light brown local stone in parts of the structure along with the grey green framings that embrace the houses in a graceful aesthetic, easily becoming one with the nature that surrounds them; the terrain, the trees, the brush, the wildflowers, the thyme, basil, and all the other fresh herbs found plentifully on the land.
Serenity and Minimal Design
As you enter through the doorway of each house with its own special character you will immediately feel the serenity of the minimal design. Entering the living room where the built- in couches can also double as beds, a feeling of serenity will flow over you as every piece of furniture, painting, and decorative item is placed in such a way to beckon you to your new home. This open plan space also includes a wooden dining room table and a modern kitchen for cozy lunches or dinners. Opposite this area is the woodburning stove which will make even the colder months enjoyable in these sustainable homes. The interior colors all mesh harmoniously with the outdoor ones. The space is dotted with carefully placed colorful items using complimentary colors that add to the homey atmosphere. For those who like to keep up with the news or cuddle up for a good movie there is also a television on one of the walls in this room as well as one in the master bedroom.
High-End Amenities
Past the tastefully designed central bathroom you will move into the relaxing bedrooms featuring Cocomat mattresses, the master bedroom offers a special luxurious queen bed and another contemporary ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom, equally serene, includes two plush twin beds. From both bedrooms you have a balcony door that opens up to a veranda that surrounds the home shaded by wooden and bamboo pergolas keeping the harsh rays of the sun away on days when the heat might be too much for you. Right outside each house, is a lovely plunge pool to cool off in on hot days, or to just laze around on the chaise lounge if you don’t feel like running off to one of the many beaches. There is also an outdoor shower as well as a lovely table for a tasty lunch or dinner outside under the stars.
