Each house is independent and site-specific; the bedrooms, embraced by stone, are sheltered by the hill, while the plaster-finished living areas open up to the island, offering calming vistas. Sharing a cohesive architectural style, each house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a common living/kitchen area, accommodating four to six guests comfortably year-round. Private outdoor spaces and plunge pools provide summer relaxation, while wood-burning stoves ensure warmth during winter. The prime location of the property is situated at a junction where the central town on one side and the Molos beach on the other are easily accessible by car in less than 5 minutes or in 15-20 minutes by foot.
